While this would not be a material or solution to improving the multi dimensional storage skill,. Walker knew that it was a great chance to learn something.

The one who sealed this space must have done so because they wished these two nearby elemental planes to develop better. They were slowly growing to the point that they may be able to be added to their respective elemental planes.

Or, they could be developing for any other reason.

The idea that spoons were used as materials was now fresh and forefront within Walker’s mind. But he also understood that some elemental planes were kept to be studied or to provide certain materials. Some of them might even be held until they could be melded with others that would cause a new elemental plane based on a different form of mana.

There were so many possibilities that he didn’t even need to consider that some were kept so that they would be able to be eaten or consumed and absorbed. It just was that there could be an endless potential for the uses of these elemental planes that appeared out of the clashes of chaotic mana. Manas that would lead to new life or even new materials being created.

There was also the fact that Walker already spotted the changing shapes of what had to be monsters moving around within the water elemental plane. All be it small monsters, this was still the case and he knew that this alone was a chance to study something.

However, Walker was surprised that Midnight went toward the light elemental plane a little further away and not the water elemental plane. He had seen her looking at the water but she turned away from it. Something unusual since her curiosity was not normally overridden unless she had a feeling about something.

"Onyx would like this." She spoke softly while looking at the smaller light elemental plane in comparison to the water elemental alone which was larger by at least half the size of this light elemental plane.

The difference in movement of mana and the form was also clear.

There didn’t appear to be any monsters that Walker could see but instead a development of various small unintelligent light elemental spirits. They moved like little shooting stars and orbs ion groups making it feel like they were all witnessing a sky full of lights and stars of different colors changing as they bumped in to one another.

"I think you are right, he would want to absorb the mana and marvel in the changes it went through while it grew." Walker understood that Midnight wished that her younger sibling was here instead of home working hard with the other serpents.

They had been very close lately while they improved their abilities to lead people and grow as leaders and role models in ways that were not purely combat strength. It had been tough taking on those lessons and they had their disagreements which was all normal for siblings blood related or not.

But it had increased their familial bond making them both most likely feel at a loss when the other was not nearby. Midnight was feeling it even more because she knew that onyx would enjoy the view of this light elemental plane and would wish to study it while understanding the changes in the light mana that he could feed on. Let alone the fact that it was a generally beautiful sight that many would not be able to see at any time.

"Oh? Viewers of my gardens?"

The ghostly voice shimmered in to view using the mana of the light elemental plane and slowly pulling water mana around too, creating an oddly dog like shape glancing at them.

"We do not intend-"

"Children traveling on their ways always wish to see my little beauties. It is met well. Do not worry. I am not a collector, I am just an investor in time and mana. I no longer hunt so you are not my prey. Enjoy the sights and y-ou may be able to take a little something with you."

Walker found that the sudden appearance of the aster and light golem form of whoever this caretaker was to be shocking. It also was impossible to appraisal since the skill was blocked. But the kindness in the voice was one that reminded him of those adventurers who would speak about climbing to the top of a mountain just for the view.

The descriptions of the herbalists growing their first plant and how beautiful they found the slightest bud before it bloomed.

This wasn’t some hardened powerful being but one that viewed the beauty of nature amongst the chaos. Everyone could feel a wave of calming mana, healing almost.

"You are trying to see more, I understand. But using appraisals will only give you the basics. You should feel the intent in mana. One day you may grasp it and see where those like me come from. Yet, my kind are few and far between. For now, I may be best called a gardener who revels in peace and beauty."

Walker felt that he could not question this force, but also that he could trust them. "You can always find me here or with others viewing the beauty of development. I assigned myself. I am not of the origin nor the balance. I am simply watching and enjoying the natural course."

With a soft movement of a watery white paw, the smallest of pieces of the elemental plane broke off showing a bead of protective sealing mana and a little light elemental plane flicking with miniscule light elemental spirits.

"Take it to the one you feel for. Share it with them and watch it together. You deserve such a thing for your ventures here. Not many have come in the last seven hundred years. I am amongst those who rest long."

The voice shivered and the golem began to dissipate.

The others had frozen but knew that there wasn’t a single threat. Just another mysterious race that lived out in the chaos, one benevolent and obviously rarer than they could call unique. But also one that would safeguard the smaller elemental planes and allow them to develop naturally. One that was more akin to the methods of the achidna race who looked to maintain the natural flow of mana and growth within nature as a whole.

The spirits that were within the elemental planes were the natural flow that this one had watched. In the water elemental planes were small fish.

Monsters that shimmered reflections because of the light elements alone nearby. They lived and died safely. They made it through life showing that they did not require the addition to the larger elemental planes.

They just needed to live and grow and be peaceful for them to be happy and alive.

Walker and the others questioned whether this was life without strife, but also understood that these elemental planes would cease to be without the protection and sealing of such a being.

"Venture here again if you so desire. One of my kind, the nature keepers, may speak with your descendants." The whisper was to Walker alone, clearly due to him being an origin race member. But it was enough to know that this was not an isolated and impossible to travel to place. It was a safe haven in the chaos that could be seen again if desired.

The rest of the group felt that they were calmer and Gil even appeared to have relaxed more, not feeling the dull ache still in his hand. He even felt like the healing was moving smoother than before because of the calming mana around them for the time being.

They also fully understood that this being must have felt what they did and had greeted them with positive intent regardless. They showed they did not mean harm and so they had been treated properly. It was both luck and kindness.

For the start of their journey, this felt right. It felt more like a sign that they might just be venturing the right way which deserved a deep breath and acceptance.

"We should begin moving that way. I can sense some threads of light mana and earth we may be able to explore more." Walker softly shared what he sensed and the others silently started to follow.

The odd and strangeness of the interaction lingering in their hearts since they could say they understood less and more of the chaotic space on the outer elemental planes now. Enough that they could tell others that safety was there as well as chaos and danger. Both living within one another in different forms.

It also felt like they had reset their thinking. Smoother their goals and thoughts so that they could pursue more. Maybe it was what they needed? Who could tell?
