Meanwhile, Asher’s vessel inside the Church facility was thinking about what to do next.

At Aetherium Academy.

Another written examination was taking place.

Today was the final day of the academy’s exams.

Inside the examination halls, the students quietly wrote their answers as the invigilators walked between the rows, making sure no one broke the rules.

A few minutes later, the final bell rang.

The examination was over.

Students immediately began putting down their pens while the invigilators collected the answer sheets.

As soon as they were dismissed, the once-silent halls became filled with voices.

Groups of students poured out of the examination rooms.

Some stretched their stiff bodies after sitting for hours.

Others excitedly discussed the questions, arguing over which answers were correct.

A few wore relieved smiles, happy that the examinations had finally ended.

Some looked exhausted, while others looked completely defeated, already convinced they had failed at least one subject.

For many, it felt as though a heavy burden had finally been lifted from their shoulders.

Asher and his teammates also walked out of the examination hall after finishing the exam.

Aria’s and Asher’s expressions were as calm as always.

Adam’s expression was also normal, suggesting that his exam had gone well.

Only Noah’s face was completely devoid of color.

He muttered,"I’m going to fail at least two subjects. I’m sure of it."

Adam looked at Noah before saying in a mocking tone,"Who told you to focus on her instead of your studies?"

Asher also spoke,"Yes, Useless is right this time. You should’ve controlled your lust and focused on the exams."

He paused for a moment before adding,"Still, having another written exam right after the practical one... I guess the Academy really wants to kill its students with academic pressure."

Noah looked at Asher with annoyance written all over his face before saying in an angry tone,

"Stop saying ’lust’ every time you talk about that."

"And we’ve only had two written exams so far, so stop talking like we’ve already had five."

"We’re already about to finish the third month of our Academy life. It’s completely normal to have two written exams by now."

He sighed before continuing,

"And yes, it’s my fault for not focusing on my studies, but lust has nothing to do with it, so stop mentioning it every time."

Asher looked at Noah before saying with a straight face,

"Nah. I’m pretty sure it’s lust’s fault."

Noah didn’t bother arguing any further.

Instead, he looked at Asher and asked,

"What about you? How did your exam go? It was quite hard this time."

Asher replied casually,

"Just like always. I’m sure I’ll get an average rank."

Noah looked at Asher with a suspicious expression.

"How do you even do that?"

"You’re a gaming addict and also lazy. I’ve never seen you study even once, so how do you keep getting decent results?"

Asher looked at Noah before replying in a serious tone,

"Because I’m not a fool."

After saying that, he started walking toward the cafeteria.

The real reason Asher consistently performed well in written exams was actually quite simple.

He cheated.

Since he was connected to his other vessels, while one of them was taking the exam at the Academy, another could simply search for the answers elsewhere and share them with him through their connection.

Asher could probably score full marks if he wanted to.

However, there was no benefit in doing so.

Instead, he only answered enough questions to secure a decent rank.

That was enough to earn the pocket money his family gave him for maintaining good grades.

That money was important.

He had many vessels to support.

Although every vessel also earned money on its own, the combined income was still nowhere near what Asher could obtain through his family’s wealth.

Aria and Adam also followed Asher toward the cafeteria to eat lunch.

Noah looked at Asher’s departing figure, let out a sigh, and then followed after him as well.

Then after reaching the Cafeteria and taking there Lunch, they all say and then starteded eating.

After some time, Noah looked at Adam and then asked,

"By the way, what are you planning to do now?"

He continued,

"We’re almost free for the next month, and our final exams won’t be until the fifth month. So, how are you planning to enjoy this break?"

"This is the period every student looks forward to during their Academy life."

Adam looked at Noah before replying,

"I don’t know."

He then smirked before continuing,

"But I know what you’re planning to do.You’ll probably do what every commoner does."

Asher looked at Adam with a confused expression and then asked, "What do you mean by that?"

Adam looked at Asher in confusion before saying, "You don’t know?"

Asher replied with a straight face, "Why would I ask if I did?"

Adam looked at him for a moment before saying, "Yeah, you’re abnormal, so you probably don’t know. Dating. That’s what every commoner does during a break like this."

He then looked at Noah before adding with a smirk, "Or, in your language, lust has completely taken over Noah."

Noah immediately looked at Adam with an annoyed expression and said, "Can both of you stop calling it lust?"

Asher looked at Noah before replying in a serious tone, "No. I’m still sure it’s lust."

Noah simply sighed. He had already given up trying to convince Asher otherwise.

Adam then looked at Noah and asked, "Did you propose yet?"

Noah shook his head before replying, "I’m planning to do it today. I’m sure the answer will be yes."

He then looked at Adam with a smirk and asked, "What about you? Isn’t there someone in our class you’re planning to propose to? You should date while you’re at the Academy. It’s an important part of Academy life."

Adam let out a sigh before replying, "Nobles like me can’t do that. I’ll probably end up in an arranged marriage for political reasons anyway."
