The four boys were looking up at Odeta with what might be both fear and awe in their eyes.

"She beat the boss in one hit..."

"Just how strong is she?"

"She’s supposed to be a first year too..."

"Are we even on the same level?"

Good thing was that they were just whispering amongst themselves as they followed behind us and I should be the only one that could hear them since I was the only one at the back of the party.

We descended to the next floor and my girls stopped to look at me, waiting for my instructions.

"Let’s continue. We should be close to the bottom floor by now so let’s just complete this today."

They nodded and started scouting for the stairs leading to the next floor without complaint.

I did warn the four guys as well that we would definitely be moving full speed ahead through the Dungeon and if they can’t keep up, we would be leaving them behind.

They told us they had no problems with that so we continued our pace without slowing down.

The monsters on this floor seemed to have changed to include more varieties of plant monsters with one that looked like a cross between a venus fly trap and a sunflower with the sunflower being the trap.

It didn’t even get to do much aside from showing up since Delmare went ahead to slice it apart with her rapier and the monster just died where it stood.

She came back to me with an expectant gaze so I went ahead to give her the head pat she obviously wanted which made her preen at my touch.

So cute~

Well, I could sense the four guys switching their surprised gaze to Delmare as well since she also managed to beat a monster in a single hit just like Odeta. Although I guess the awe did not last that long since the monster she killed wasn’t a boss monster and was just an ordinary monster.

The next few monsters we met were each handled by a different person in the party since I made sure to tell them that I wanted them to keep rotating themselves to keep their senses sharp.

I was the only exception since I was occupying the role as support to begin with which meant that I had to be on alert every time a fight happened to prepare myself in case they needed some support.

At this point, I think the boys were already looking at my party like we were some kind of monsters or something, since we were really just steamrolling every single monster we came across.

We reached another boss room and this time it was Emilia’s turn to deal with it.

The boss was some kind of tree monster in the shape of a Mahun but with branches and leaves sprouting off the upper half of its body with a giant club made of wood in its right hand. It was also at least two metres tall and was already stomping its way towards us.

Emilia didn’t even hesitate as her figure blurred before reappearing behind the boss.

There was a sharp, metallic slicing sound before the boss monster was split in half vertically and it collapsed onto the ground heavily.

Nice.

We descended to another floor and the girls paused to look at me once again, waiting for my direction on what to do.

I confirmed with them that the plan has not changed and we would be heading directly to the bottom floor today, prompting them to turn back and continue advancing.

As we were moving to the next floor however, one of the guys suddenly spoke out, "So... Err... What’s her role in the party? Feels like she’s just been riding along as well without doing anything..."

Ok... I don’t blame you for thinking that since I really do look like I haven’t been doing anything at all this entire time...

Hmm... Actually, he’s not wrong since I really haven’t been doing anything aside from just giving orders. It does look like I’m some spoiled girl who was just using her position to take advantage of these people to carry me through the Dungeon.

But well... Come on... At least have some tact... What made you think saying it out loud like this was a good idea?

And to prove my point, all of my girls stopped in their tracks and turned back as one to stare at the guy who had spoken.

I didn’t turn around though, since I was the only one that was standing between the guy behind me and my girls who were glaring at him like they wanted to pummel him.

I raised one of my hands placatingly while still holding my egg with the other, "It’s ok... Calm down girls... he’s not wrong. Let me handle the next boss ok?"

That seemed to placate my girls as they slowly turned back to continue walking.

I could hear a terrified squeak coming from behind me but I decided not to say anything and just walked after my girls.

We didn’t take long to find the next set of stairs, surprisingly, and we climbed down to the next floor without another word.

Incidentally, this was the last floor of the Dungeon given that we don’t see another set of stairs behind the boss.

The boss that was guarding the final floor of the Dungeon seemed to be some kind of wood nymph creature.

The boss had a feminine figure made of wood with no facial features and was just simply standing in the centre of the room as if waiting for people to enter.

Our entire group entered the boss room and the doors closed behind us, signalling the start of the fight.

As I had told them earlier, my girls all stepped aside, allowing me to step out from the group to face the Boss on my own.

I stored my egg and I decided I might as well just try to show off a little since we have an audience here. And also to see how different the E ranked Bosses were since it has been a while for me since I fought one.

I lowered myself into a stance as the boss stretched out its arms and caused trees and plants to grow around her, the plants blooming into giant flowers and trees before they suddenly sent their branches out to thrust at me like a giant spear.

The sight of the spear rushing towards me did not make me panic as I slowly clenched my fist and pulled it back.

Let’s just go with... Twenty stacks of buffs, shall we?

I felt my entire body tremble as strength coursed through my veins and my fist lit up with electrical sparks.

Right as the spear was about to hit me, I punched my fist forward, slamming it against the spear that would have crashed into me and my girls.

When my fist made contact, there was a moment where the sound around me seemed to pop out of existence before it suddenly returned as a giant explosive bang that rocked the ground beneath our feet.

I watched as the entire giant spear was obliterated out of existence and the branches pushing it also disintegrated.

The wave of destruction did not stop as it continued forward, obliterating the branches that had been used to send the spear at me.

The wood nymph boss monster only had time to jerk back its hand for a moment before the shockwave reached it, shattering the wood that was its body before the entire boss creature disintegrated.

The wave did not stop there though, as it continued beyond where the boss had been standing to smash into the far wall on the other side of the hall, causing the indestructible walls of the Dungeon to cave in for a moment and shaking the entire hall before it returned back to its original position.

That ended up with shaking the entire hall as the shockwave rebounded back towards us in a wave.

I raised my hands and summoned a wall of earth in front of me, using it to block off the shockwave that felt like it rattled the entire Dungeon and filled the entire hall up with a dust cloud.

Only when the shaking stopped did I lower the wall and used a gust of wind to blow the dust away, revealing the boss room was now completely empty with only a single Mana Crystal left at where the boss used to stand.

I heard the music playing in the background indicating my victory before balls of light appeared to award us with our Dungeon Clear reward.

The ball I got had changed into what looked like some kind of purple plant which I assumed was an alchemy material so I stored it away intending to give it to Lisa later.

When I turned around, I found the four boys had fallen back on their haunches and were just gaping at me with their mouths hanging open and their eyes wide with fear.

Hmph~ So who’s just here for a joy ride now?
