The spatial slash descended toward the mountain. Just before it could strike, the entire mountain trembled once again. A terrifying pressure spread across the island, and the spatial slash suddenly slowed as though an invisible force was pressing down on it. Every meter it advanced became more difficult than the last until, with a loud explosion, the slash shattered into countless fragments and disappeared.

The next moment, the mountain itself began to move. Massive cracks spread across its rocky surface as countless boulders rolled down. Slowly, the enormous mountain stood up, revealing itself to be a gigantic turtle-like beast. Its shell resembled an ancient mountain range covered with rocks, trees, and vegetation that had grown over countless years.

Its immense body radiated an ancient aura, while every movement caused the island to quake violently. The beast slowly lifted its head and looked at Asher’s vessel with calm, indifferent eyes. A vast amount of gray mana then spread from its body, and the gravity in the surrounding area instantly increased.

The air became unbearably heavy, and even space itself seemed to sink under the immense gravitational force. Asher’s vessel remained calm.

The enormous beast quietly looked at Asher’s vessel.

Its ancient golden eyes remained completely calm, showing neither hostility nor curiosity.

After a few moments, it slowly opened its mouth.

A deep, heavy voice echoed across the island, each word carrying an indescribable sense of age.

"What do you want, human?"

The beast remained motionless as it continued,"Why have you disturbed my sleep?"

Asher looked at the beast. He wasn’t surprised that it could speak the human tongue. After all, a beast that had lived for hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of years had undoubtedly encountered countless humans during its lifetime.

Asher calmly replied, "My apologies for disturbing your sleep. I’m currently trying to form my own Domain, so I wanted to study yours, if you’re willing to let me."

As he spoke, his gaze briefly swept across the surroundings. The gravity had become significantly stronger, yet not a single beast on the island seemed to be affected by it. It was as though the increased gravity deliberately avoided every other living creature.

Looking back at the ancient beast, Asher continued in the same calm tone, "After seeing that your element is Gravity, I became even more interested. My element is Space, which is also a unique element. Although they are different, the two elements share certain connections. I’m certain that observing your Domain would provide me with valuable insight and guidance on my own path."

The ancient beast quietly looked at Asher. Its enormous golden eyes remained fixed on him, as though trying to see through him. It observed him in silence for a few moments before finally speaking in the same calm, ancient voice.

"I see. If all you seek is to experience my Domain, then I have no objection. You may observe it for as long as you wish."

Asher looked at the beast, a hint of surprise appearing on his face. He hadn’t expected the conversation to go this smoothly. After all, most powerful beasts he had encountered preferred fighting first but Fortunately this beast was different, this outcome was far better for him.

Asher gave a slight nod before replying,"Thank you. You’re surprisingly understanding... unlike that dragon, who tried to kill me the moment it discovered my presence."

The ancient beast replied in the same calm tone, "Yes. That fellow has quite the temper, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he attacked you the moment he saw you."

The moment Asher heard those words, a look of surprise appeared on his face. "You know him?" he asked. He had only mentioned the dragon as a joke and had never expected the beast to actually know it. More importantly, the way the beast spoke about the dragon was far too casual, as though it were talking about an old acquaintance it had known for centuries.

Then another thought suddenly crossed Asher’s mind. ’This beast... it’s far stronger than I initially thought.’ If it could casually refer to a Saint-rank dragon in such a manner, then there was no way it was an ordinary Grandmaster-rank beast. In fact, Asher was beginning to doubt whether it was a Grandmaster at all.

Its unbelievably ancient Will now made far more sense. ’No... this beast is hiding its true strength. Its actual cultivation is far beyond what my senses can perceive.’ At that moment, Asher became certain of one thing. The ancient creature standing before him was likely far stronger than even an Immortal-rank cultivator.

The ancient beast nodded slightly. "Yes, I know that fellow. Although it’s been hundreds of years since we last met." It paused briefly before continuing, "But let’s not waste time talking about him. You came here to observe my Domain, didn’t you? Then observe it."

Asher looked at the beast in confusion before calmly saying, "Very well... then summon your Domain."

The ancient beast remained silent for a moment before replying in the same calm, ancient voice,

"Human,You are already inside my Domain."

The moment those words left the beast’s mouth, Asher’s eyes widened slightly.

"I’m already inside your Domain?"

He had never expected that.He had been carefully observing the beast this entire time, waiting for it to manifest its Domain, yet he hadn’t noticed anything unusual.

For the first time in a long while, genuine surprise appeared on Asher’s face.He immediately looked around again. This time, instead of focusing only on the beast, he carefully observed the surroundings.

A few moments later, he finally understood.

The gravity covering the island wasn’t spreading from the beast. It was everywhere.

The mountain, the forests, the rivers, the air, and even space itself were all under the influence of the same invisible force.

What surprised Asher even more was that every beast on the island was completely unaffected. The Domain wasn’t suppressing everything equally.

Instead, it was controlling gravity with unimaginable precision.

Every beast moved as though nothing had changed, while only Asher was being affected.

Only then did Asher realize the truth. The ancient beast hadn’t activated its Domain after waking up.It had been maintaining it the entire time.

The island itself was already inside the Domain.
