At that exact moment, within the Base Space, the heart of a Dragon Hunting Dog exploded, scattering into countless chunks of flesh.

Shu Feng lunged forward, wrapping his arms tightly around Duke Bari. He opened his gaping, bloody maw, bit down hard on the Duke’s neck, and tore away a large chunk of flesh and blood.

"You want to die!"

Duke Bari roared in pain and fury. His six eyes flashed, and six beams of black light shot out, blasting directly into Shu Feng’s body.

Struck by the six beams of black light, Shu Feng’s head immediately began to wither.

In that same instant, back in the Base Space, the head of another Dragon Hunting Dog, bound to Shu Feng by a Blood Contract, withered away. Its soul collapsed, and it perished.

Ripples of light shimmered, and Su Mi—impossibly beautiful and clad in Blood-colored Battle Armor—materialized. Spreading her snow-white fingers, she sent six threads of blood shooting like lightning straight into Duke Bari’s six eyes.

Duke Bari’s six eyes withered in an instant as Su Mi began to continuously drain the Essence Blood from his body.

Duke Bari roared in fury, slamming his left claw down hard on Shu Feng’s head.
