Luna Mayo’s face was still burning with deep shame as the weight of everything that had just happened pressed down on her.

She already knew exactly what kind of storm was waiting for her when they finally returned to their pack. Alpha Oren wasn’t going to let this slide easily, and as far as she was concerned, there was only one person to blame for the whole humiliating disaster—Daisy.

She turned toward her with an angry glare, her voice trembling with raw frustration. "We warned you. When you came up with this ridiculous plan, we told you it could backfire horribly."

She let out a bitter laugh that echoed her resentment. "But you kept insisting anyway. You swore Alpha Voren would never let her close and yet he even kissed her back. You swore Luna Sera would lose, and now she won." She shook her head in disbelief. "Now it’s obvious. Even Alpha Voren won’t go against Luna Sera."

Another slap met Daisy’s cheek before she finalized, "this is for the humiliation you caused me, my husband, and my pack. Daisy, I would never forgive you."

Then she turned to Seraphine, lowering her head slightly with genuine regret in her eyes. "Luna Sera... I owe you an apology." When she looked back at Daisy, every trace of warmth had completely vanished from her expression. "From this moment on... we’re no longer friends."

Without waiting for any kind of reply, Luna Mayo returned to her seat. Every single step felt heavier than the last, and the humiliation refused to fade.

It only got worse when her phone buzzed again. Someone had already uploaded the videos with the cheerful caption: The Best Full Moon Festival Ever.

The clips showed everything in brutal detail—Seraphine kissing Voren, her shouting her love for him from the top of the hill, and Daisy along with the others completing their humiliating punishment.

No one could accuse the uploader of editing anything. The videos captured every challenge from start to finish, making it all look like nothing more than a group of Alphas and Lunas having fun with festival games.

Even Alpha Killian, who almost never attended gatherings like this, looked genuinely entertained. A faint smile tugged at his lips as he glanced toward Ravyn.

"Alpha Ravyn," he said calmly. "I heard you’re crowning Daisy as your Luna tomorrow. Is the ceremony still happening?"

Ravyn’s expression changed immediately. His own phone had already received the videos, and the sheer embarrassment was enough to make him seriously reconsider everything he thought he wanted.

Before he could even form an answer, Seraphine spoke up first. "If you truly love someone..." Her eyes met his with steady intensity. "You stand beside them." She folded her arms. "So this shouldn’t change anything, unless your love isn’t as strong as you’ve always claimed."

Those words should have reassured him. Instead, they shattered something deep inside his chest. If Seraphine could say that so calmly, then she had really moved on for good. His eyes drifted toward her.

She sat there so confidently among the people standing behind her. She didn’t hold any fancy title, but she didn’t need one. Without even realizing it, she had gathered loyal allies all around her. A dull, painful ache settled deep in his chest.

His wolf, Axel, finally spoke up in his mind. ’Do you regret your choice now?’

Ravyn closed his eyes for a second. His pride refused to answer, but deep down the question hurt like hell because it had hit its mark perfectly. How could he possibly go through with tomorrow’s coronation after everything that had happened tonight?

Seraphine watched the obvious conflict playing out across his face. Quietly, she reached out to Voren through their mindlink. ’Please help me. The coronation has to happen.’

Voren didn’t answer her directly. Instead, he looked straight at Ravyn. "If you love her... stand by her." He shrugged casually. "And if the videos are your concern, I can pay Sera to delete them." A teasing smile appeared on his face. "I have something she can’t refuse."

Seraphine’s heart softened at his support, but she still frowned at him like she was offended. "Oh?" She lifted an eyebrow. "Alpha Voren, the terrible kisser." Her lips curled into a playful smile. "So what exactly do you have on me?"

Voren shot her a flat look, barely hiding the amusement in his eyes. "Terrible kisser or not, you made a promise. And promises should be kept." He folded his arms. "Either delete every video or pay me one million."

Seraphine clicked her tongue. "I can’t." She shrugged innocently. "I don’t have my equipment with me."

"I don’t believe you," Voren replied without missing a beat. "Your phone is all you need." A smug smile crossed his face. "And don’t forget, I still haven’t accepted that loud confession you made on top of the hill."

The corners of Seraphine’s lips twitched with amusement. Without another complaint, she pulled out her phone. Her fingers flew quickly across the screen.

Less than ten minutes later, phones all around the gathering started buzzing one after another. People checked their galleries, and just like that, the videos were gone, every single one of them.

Murmurs spread through the crowd. Some looked shocked, while others stared at Seraphine in total disbelief. She slipped her phone back into her pocket with satisfaction. "There." She held out her hand toward Voren. "Now you owe me another five hundred thousand."

Voren shrugged. "You kissed me without asking first." His expression stayed perfectly straight. "Let’s call it even."

For the first time since the punishment, Daisy managed a weak, relieved smile. At least the videos were gone.

Ravyn was grateful, thinking of a way to show his appreciation to Voren for removing the proof of Daisy’s full moon shame.

If only he knew it was just a ploy to release something bigger during the coronation ceremony.

Seraphine crossed her arms dramatically. "What happens during the Full Moon Festival..." She shot Voren an exaggerated glare. "...is supposed to stay at the Full Moon Festival." She sighed loudly. "And thanks to you, all my proof disappeared." Her eyes narrowed playfully. "Alpha Voren, you’ll pay for this."

Before Voren could fire back at her teasing, Ravyn suddenly looked up toward the night sky, his eyes widening. "The moon!" His voice echoed across the gathering. "Everyone, get ready. The full moon is here." A smile finally broke across his face. "You’d better start writing down your wishes."
