The boundry of the universe was not capable of stopping this group and all of them managed to get inside the universe without any trouble. And this was such a sneaky infiltration that even the will of the universe was not aware of this.

Doing something similar with the home universe of Elena was impossible. That was because the will there was extremely conscious and powerful. But unlike that universe, the will here was more mechanical and methodical.

This might sound like a good thing as it was not going to have any kind of bias but that was actually not the case.

For this same reason, the will of this place was completely inflexible, which was a terrible trait for a will that had the task of managing a whole universe.

And Elena and her group had managed of get in without alerting anyone by taking advantage of this exact trait. It was something like a bug in the system but without any higher ups, there was no system administrators. So this bug was never going to be reported or fixed.

Elena guessed that this inflexible nature of this will of the universe was also responsible for allowing the situation here to get this bad. A more aware will of an universe would have already done something to take care of the problem.

But for Elena’s group, it was a good thing. So without holding back, all the ladies and a golem immediately started to use various methods to investigate this universe thoroughly.

Both Elena and Annavilla had extremely useful methods for this task. So they were having the easiest time and they were also done in a very short period of time.

As for Chisato and Nyxarae, they were having some problems. For Chisato, her senses had gotten stronger very recently so her information gathering capabilities had definitely improved. But at the same time, as this abilities was too strong so she was having some trouble in fine tuning it.

As for Nyxarae, she actually had a decently poweful information gathering skills called Corrupted Dark Whisper. It was a special skill that temporarily turned weak individuals to her dark kin without them realising anything and gather information directly from their memories.

Even though if was an excellent skill, it was actually a bit lackluster because of the cheats that a Chaosborn and such had. So she was the weakest person here for this task.

But that was natural and none of the ladies were in a hurry. So it was perfectly fine for Nyxarae to take her time.

As everyone was busy with this task, Elena started to give golden Elena the information that she had gathered. Golden Elena was not interested in skills related to Investigation and such, so she did not even tried. Elena was there to assist her, so it was not a big deal.

According to what Elena had managed to learn, unlike her home universe that had several divine grade worlds with very high population and level limit, this universe was a bit different.

It had no actual level limits at all but ar the same time, none of the world’s had a consciousnesses. They had a Will to maintain the world but it was purely mechanical, just like the will of the universe.

And instead of having hundreds of divine grade worlds, this universe had five mega worlds which were actually bigger than even the largest divine grade world. And those five Worlds were monopolising almost 90 percent of the top tier powerhouses.

Those five mega worlds were called - Sora, Celesta, Helius, Nadier and Phantasma. And each of these worlds were ruled by a dominant race.

The rulers of the Sora were the human, elf, dwarf and beastkin made alliance of humanoid races. Celesta was ruled under the everlasting presence of the Gods.

Just like that, the eternal rulers of the Helius were the Devil Kings and Nadier were governed under the absolute rule of the Death Emperors.

Lastly, the Phantasma did not have a dominat ruler race. It was a bizzare world where the strength of a being fluctuated greatly. Someone could be a weak rank 1 weakling and in the very next moment that same being could become a rank 9 powerhouse.

So the whole Phantasma was ruled over by a single person who was also an one of a kind being without having any other member of his race. This being had managed of refine the whole Phantasma world and had turned it into his dream. So everything of this super large world was perfectly controlled by him.

And among the seven rank 11 powerhouses, Elena also judged this same person to be the strongest. He was also very strictly a neutral person and did not interact with anyone else without any pressing need.

Elena was also quite sure that pre awakening Chisato would not have been able to defeat this person. His powers and abilities were extremely tricky. So without having a clear advantage, defeating him was extremely hard if not impossible.

Chisato might not have lost to him but there was a high possibility that this battle would have been a draw with both sides having no ability to kill the other one.

As for the remaining six rank 11 beings, Elena was not very impressed with them. Actually only one among them was decent. The rest were either extremely limited in what they were able to accomplish or were one trick wonders.

After everyone was done collecting data, they were sharing it with one another to make sure that there were no mistakes. When everyone learned what Elena had found, they all nodded their heads.

Other than the worlds and the top class powerhouses, this stagnant world was actually not peaceful at all. Almost all the races from different world hated each other and were in constant war.

But that was not all. Even the races had internal wars among themselves for various reasons. This was more prominent among the Gods and the Devil Kings. The Death Emperors were mostly neutral to each other and the humanoids had an alliance. Obviously they still fought in the dark but in the light, they at least acted to have a good relationship.

So this world was not stable at all. And knowing this, all the ladies smiled. The strength of a person increased rapidly in troubling times. And this complex situation was also perfect for the ladies to manipulate things in the dark.

Their main aim was to increase the overall strength of this universe and also to stop the tyranny of the current supreme rulers.

And the best possible way to accomplish both of these aims was to make someone else from this universe strong enough to match them. And that would be exactly what the ladies and the golem were going to try and do.

So how were they planning to proceed with this mission from here on ?
