Gravity manipulation containing the Power of Law could take effect even on the non-corporeal evil souls.

Sunan retrieved the gemstone, inspected it, and found that the soul crystal level had remarkably reached medium size.

This was already the highest level soul crystal that could be made using ordinary souls; further up would require legendary level or even wizard level souls.

The Blood River, if nothing else, had an endless supply of souls, a veritable infinite resource for making soul crystals.

The only issue was that soul crystals made from Blood River souls were tainted by the Blood Abyss aura and needed purification before they could be used.

And the purification cost was almost equivalent to purchasing a soul crystal of the same level.

Neutralizing both, using Blood River souls to create soul crystals offered little cost-effectiveness.

But this was not a problem for Sunan.

Within the Blood River teeming with dense evil souls, a vacuum area appeared out of nowhere, with a radius of twenty to thirty kilometers, devoid of any evil soul.

All the evil souls seemed to have seen something terrifying and desperately squeezed outward, trying to distance themselves from the vacuum area.

They were almost pressing against each other, overlapping, eyes filled with horror as they gazed above.

In the high skies shrouded with gloom, a huge silver vortex had somehow appeared.

A majestic and mighty Floating City was emerging slowly from the silver vortex.

It was a giant city comprised of countless undulating edifices.

There was no wall surrounding the outermost area, allowing a clear view of the outline of the building complex.

And the base of the city was an upside-down mountain, with its point downward, suspending the city high up in the air.
